It is a saline solution that works for both hard and soft lenses. **Q: Does this clean proteins from soft lenses as effectively as Bausch & Lomb daily cleaner?** A: I can't answer this with any scientific response, but I can tell you that my contacts are more comfortable for longer periods every day with BioTrue over Bausch & Lomb and they seem to last longer.
