Book arrived in perfect condition. I was looking for a recipe collection that would provide inspiration and go beyond the usual classics. Japan: The Cookbook does exactly that - it provides an excellent and wide range of recipes arranged in logical categories and with interesting introduction section covering Japanese food principles - very helpful for menu planning. Not all recipes have photographs but each recipe has a description, which is helpful. Love that the book has a large variety of traditional home style dishes and also a section showcasing restaurant recipes by well known chefs. Highly recommended.
