Review: Great machine and customer service - I have had this bread machine for almost a year. I love that I can put seeds into my recipe without hovering over the machine waiting for the right time( I always missed it🫤) because this one has a nuts and seed compartment that releases them when the dough is ready for them. Also, I like being able to pick my bread size from small, medium and large! It has two dough hooks that do a great job of mixing the dough so I do my sourdough in it as well. I put my ingredients in the pan then set it up for 20 minutes of kneading, let it rest for about an hour then I do a second kneading. I let it rise over night then in the morning I set it to bake for one hour and out comes great tasting sourdough. I have enjoyed several different types of bread and all have worked great until they didn’t. I realized the paddles were not moving freely anymore. I reached out to the company and after several interchanges they sent me a replacement pan. I have tried two loaves since and it is back to working great! I really appreciated that they sent me a new pan because the old one didn’t move enough to knead the dough. Overall I really like this machine and I appreciated the after sell service. Happy baking!

I have had this bread machine for almost a year. Just my first use, and still too hot to cut, but the medium size is a big honking loaf of bread. One paddle stuck in the bread when I removed it from the pan, but it came out easily with the tool they provided. Everything worked nicely and feels high quality. Made my first loaf, and it is good! I have recipes from my old machines and started with one. Easy to clean, easy to operate, and good bread! Love the feature; I can now see which step my machine is on. I like to make pasta and dumpling dough in a bread machine. In Neretva, I can choose a time from 10 minutes and up; it is a helpful feature! Will update later about pasta dough. Reliability only time tells. I like the machine, use it more - tell more.
