This cocoa is rich and dark and dairy free, it dissolves in a little boiling water. I add my own sugar. I use a2 milk to avoid the allergenic protein in regular milk. I heat the milk, froth it and add it to the dissolved cocoa and sugar. What a pleasure after years of being unable to have hot chocolate!
