At least then you'll be able to engage all the muscles and get some good nutrition at the same time but with this gum, the more pieces you chew the more of a disappointment it becomes. They're impossible to bind to create one solid bolus to chew, my teeth started hurting eventually and my jaw was not in anyway "worked out" at all. All you can do is make micro chomps to slowly mash the gum as all it does is flatten, even after 15 minutes of doing this chewing on a banana for 10 seconds worked my jaw out more. If you're considering buying this, save yourself the hassle and just don't, you're far better off popping 5 normal chewing gums or eating some meat.
