**Q: What is the difference between the regular relaxing leg cream and the "PM" version?**
A: No difference, they both have the exact same ingredients which includes the nighttime sleep aid.  You just have to search the description till you find the ingredients.

**Q: How many hours does it give relief?**
A: This product was purchased for my wife, who has had severe leg cramps for years, especially at night.  We purchased the PM cream, along with the leg and back cream.  She used the PM leg cream, and received COMPLETE relief all night!  She occasionally uses the leg and back version during the day, and it gives her almost immediate, total relief!  She says she has only had to use the PM cream one time, and very seldom has to use the leg and back cream.   We purchased the product (about) 3 months ago, and it has been so successful that she hardly ever has cramping problems any more!!  We highly recommend this product!!

**Q: Is there a full list of ingredients (both active and inactive)?**
A: Yes, there is a full list of active and inactive ingredients.  There are two active ingredients, for pain and sleeping, and many inactive ingredients, too long to list.  I try to use something cheaper first, like Aspercreme.  When that is not sufficient, then I rub on the Relaxing Leg Cream.  It almost always works the first time.  Occasionally, two applications is necessary.  The stuff works well!

**Q: Do you apply the cream from hip to ankle or just upper leg or lower leg? Thanks for your help**

I've had restless leg syndrome for years and I take medication for it. However, when I have breakthrough symptoms, I've started using this and I feel like it works. I'm always a little skeptical of these types of products so I'm hesitant to say it absolutely works (maybe I'm just having a little good luck with my restless legs!) but it does seem as though it cuts down on the restless sensations in my legs (and arms). It absorbs quickly and smells nice too!
