It is quiet, seems to charge up quickly, and blows a gentle breeze. I was hoping for more power so I will probably get another one or two. The solar panel didn't have a mount so I put it between the window and screen - seems to work. Instructions say it is not waterproof - not a problem yet...

My brother and I decided to travel to the Hill Country of Texas to view April’s eclipse. I knew I needed a fan for the tent, so I began searching. I found this one and decided to purchase it after reading the reviews. It arrived a couple of days later in great condition. I tested it for a couple of days at home and became very impressed with its features. I decided to purchase another. They both worked fantastic in the tent. I charged both during the day with the solar panels. The charge lasted all night. The light became very helpful. I since use one at my nightstand and one at work. A workmate was so impressed that he ordered several for his family in El Salvador. And our boss decided to buy a few for use at home during power outages. I highly recommend this fan.

So i bought this item thinking that i could place it under a carport cover and it would work indefinitely as ling as the sun is charging it. Well it does not. Once night falls it shuts off but then in the morning when there is Sun again, it does not restart automatically., you have to turn it on every time. Product is nice don’t get me wrong but it wasn’t what I was looking for. It works well though.

My chickens and I loved this fan. Charged with solar and had good air flow. Con, it only worked for a month. Very disappointing.

This fan is not too bad for the price. I blows well, not very strong. I left it run with the light on the brightest level and it ran for 5 hours and 10 min before ti stopped. I took just as long to charge it back up to full while plugged into the wall. It is fine for my needs...a small back up when needed. I might spend a little more ext time and go for one with a little more power but this will work fie for small spaces. I did not try using the (included) solar panel to charge it yet that.

If you live in an area that is hot and the power is constantly going out this is the set to get. The fan isn't going to blow you away with intense air but it works very well, at the highest setting it feels like a box fan's medium setting. For me that is perfect because I understand it's a battery operated device and that is to be expected. The solar panel included is amazing, you can use it to charge not only the fan but also many many other things. I charged my phone with it no problem, and it was rather fast. The combo of a good fan and a great solar panel makes this an awesome hurricane emergency kit addition.
