Or does it require suction?** A: When I clean the bag, I open the valve let the hose hang below the bag ,the hose needs to be below where it connects onto the bag and give bag a little squeeze and let gravity do the rest. . So yes, if the valve were open below where it connects onto the bag it will run flow. So just remember to push in, turn valve close, and put cover back on. **Q: Will this fit standard size tube on most hydration packs (including Camelbak)?
