Review: Used with food still inside. - I recieved a used item on a 'new' listing. this still has food flakes in it. the packaging was put back together so poorly and was still shipped to me. the power cable has been kinked even! No happy with the reselling of not just openbox but used items with food in them.
Review: Great product! Even better customer service! - This device does more or less when it says it does. It's a little bit tricky to get it set up and understand how it works. But once you do, it's really set it and forget it. And the edit camera on it is actually pretty cool. I was having an issue with the software, and using desertcart chat with the company itself, they actually fix the app in real time. Customer service like this is hard to find. I would definitely tell people to buy this!

This device does more or less when it says it does. It's a little bit tricky to get it set up and understand how it works. But once you do, it's really set it and forget it. And the edit camera on it is actually pretty cool. I was having an issue with the software, and using Amazon chat with the company itself, they actually fix the app in real time. Customer service like this is hard to find. I would definitely tell people to buy this!
