I have arthritis and Lupus, and am just coming out of a 'flare up'. so my energy levels were on the floor. within a couple of hours I felt an almost immediate energy boost, the level of energy I had, I have not felt for many, many months. I was able to get up from my chair and start cleaning my house.(I have not been able to do this for a very long time). That night I went to bed, and for the first time in a lot of years, I actually slept right through the night. (usually i wake every 30 mins - an hour). I woke up after a solid 12 hours sleep,totally refreshed, which is absolutely amazing for me, as at best I usually have to get up after 4 -5 hrs, of broken sleep. This is an absolute breakthrough for me, and I will be buying this again. It is worth every penny.
