**Q: Where are the key limes grown?**
A: According to King Arthur Baking, Florida has not been a commercial producer of Key Limes since the 1920s after a freeze wiped out the groves. It's odd that this bottle claims 100% key limes from Florida. I know I'm going to skip it.

**Q: What is the shelf life?**
A: label says 12 month shelf life, refrigerate after opening

**Q: My bottle does not have an expiration date and there is a lot of thick pieces floating in it. is this normal?**
A: I don’t know about expiration date but mine did not have thick pieces floating in it.

**Q: After opening, hope long will this stay good for?**
A: We had it in the refrigerator for at least two to three weeks as we used it to spice up summer Margaritas.  Should not be a lot different than lemon juice.  Good addition to a Margarita.

It was perfect to make key lime pies for the holidays, and I have plenty left over for tasty baked goods in the future.
