Review: A must for the immune system! - I've taken these daily for years. Probably the worst tasting pill I've ever taken, lol, but worth it, I truly believe these are a huge reason as to why I never get sick. Definitely recommend!
Review: Very Strong Odor/Flavor, but it Seems to Work for Me - Anytime I'm feeling run down or like a cold is on the horizon, I take the recommended dose of 3. Just make sure to eat a meal first, as they seem harsh on the stomach if not taken with a meal. I prefer the tablets, as even though they're huge, I just "think" they work better than the capsules. I don't have issues with swallowing large pills, some may not care for the strong smell/taste and how large these caplets are. At the first sign of a "tickle" in my throat, I will take these after dinner, and oddly, I seem to sleep better that night. I will then keep taking them for a couple more days, sometimes after lunch, then dinner, as it's recommended to take two doses if you're not feeling so great. I highly recommend these, as they were introduced to me by a former co-worker years ago, and they seem to keep "ailments" at bay, or at least from becoming a full on cold or flu.

I've taken these daily for years. Probably the worst tasting pill I've ever taken, lol, but worth it, I truly believe these are a huge reason as to why I never get sick. Definitely recommend!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Years-Long Use of Wellness and I Still Love It . . .

First heard about this product from a friend, 15 years ago. I take them when I begin to feel the first signs of an oncoming cold — the funny mouth taste, sneezing, scratchy throat. I believe the Wellness helps knock the cold down from a week-plus to 3-5 days, BUT the trick is to start taking them as soon as you think you're coming down with something. What I don't like: the smell and the taste! Lordy! But, I can't deny the positive side of taking Wellness.
