This isn't supposed to be chef grade, but any chef, cook or anyone who likes to cook) can make this happen with a little work. Cutting each individual ravioli is time consuming and exacting. This tool assists in making multiples in the time it takes to make one. Good material. The rolling pin isn't really a pin, but it helps. I saw a review on here that criticized the pin, the tool is what matters. I recommend it for ease of use, you'll still need to make your dough and use a roller machine or one of those mixer attachments. I prefer manual machines because I can control the width better and speed of production. I'll eventually get the square one and maybe the heart one.
