Recently it finally broke. I found these, and are exactly like the one we had before except the color. This is a great little cutter. It has a small magnet built into it. So it easily hangs on the side of a refrigerator. It opens up boxes, letters very easily and is only about 3" long. I didn't realize how much we used it until the old one finally broke. After a few weeks i knew we had to find another and I found this. This is a very simple mostly safe little cutter. It easily cuts through packaging tape on boxes, will slice through an envelope, to open mail. The blade is very small, but does the job. It could be a choking hazard for small children, so you will want to keep it out of reach to them. I bought 2 of them. 1 for the kitchen and 1 for the office to open mail. I like the color, the material is Very good. It’s a nice soft plastic and the blade is super sharp for such a small blade, but it doesn’t cut you. I tried it does not cut skin. I would definitely buy another one for my family it’s also cheap.
