I don't use the premium subscription due to cost but the trial did reveal some extra good features such as coaching my swim style. The basic package gives a lot of useful data to the app, such as number of lengths, swim data such as style, speed, stroke rate, rest times, heart rate etc. You can configure the goggles to see a good selection of data in real time while you swim, such as lengths completed, distance done, rest time elapsed, heart rate. I've had mine for a long time now and they still work well without fogging if fitted correctly. Pairs with the app via bluetooth but also uses wifi to download all the data from your swim. Keeping track of your swims like this adds interest and incentive while swimming and helps you maintain a consistent swimming regime (or steady improvement if you're ambitious). The control unit on the goggles is fairly small, light and discreet; it does slightly obscure peripheral vision but unless you're worried about sharks in the swimming pool that shouldn't be a major concern. The eyepiece display shows the data clearly and doesn't really interfere with what you see of the pool once you get used to it. Recommended, even though the goggles are pretty costly compared to normal ones but for enhancing enjoyment and incentivizing your health regime, well worth it.

Superb product which enhances your experience of swimming in many ways. I don't use the premium subscription due to cost but the trial did reveal some extra good features such as coaching my swim style. The basic package gives a lot of useful data to the app, such as number of lengths, swim data such as style, speed, stroke rate, rest times, heart rate etc. You can configure the goggles to see a good selection of data in real time while you swim, such as lengths completed, distance done, rest time elapsed, heart rate. I've had mine for a long time now and they still work well without fogging if fitted correctly. Pairs with the app via bluetooth but also uses wifi to download all the data from your swim. Keeping track of your swims like this adds interest and incentive while swimming and helps you maintain a consistent swimming regime (or steady improvement if you're ambitious). The control unit on the goggles is fairly small, light and discreet; it does slightly obscure peripheral vision but unless you're worried about sharks in the swimming pool that shouldn't be a major concern. Amazing piece of kit. All my sets are loaded on to the goggles to make sure I’m doing what in the right order. Was finding I couldn’t read my Garmin or bit of paper with the set on it without my glasses, can see the screen no problem. Only downside they do fog up, have tried shampoo, licking, putting in the pool and nothing but still fog.
