I get 4 boxes/month from the desertcart subscription. It always arrived fine an with ice packs during the hot weather. But my last batch arrived with several of the bar with green mold in them. desertcart makes you contact the seller before return/refund because it is an edible item. I contacted the seller here on desertcart and the manufacturer directly via their website. After a week neither has contacted me so I'm out at least one box of this product and no refund. I sometimes carry one or two with me if I'm in a hurry and can't stop to eat and it's usually at night while I'm driving. It's dark in the car, you open one up and don't even look at it before you eat it. Luckily for me this was not one of those times so I was able to see the mold before eating the bad protein bar. I will update the review once I get this resolved, but for now, my recommendation is for you to avoid this product because if there is something wrong with your order it's likely you will not get a refund either.
