Review: A great product and a great company - The Levkey mouse is a lightweight and comfortable mouse with a very attractive look. It's very smooth with three settings and the standard forward and back keys on the left side. I recommend it for anyone looking for an ergonomic mouse with standard features for a good price. Not a gaming mouse, but a standard one. I love that the one I got is made for large hands and fits mine perfectly. They also have standard sizes. I also want to commend Levkey for standing by their product. The mouse I had originally worked perfectly, but then seemed to not hold a charge for very long. There was no questions asked, they just sent me another one. To give them even more credit, there turned out to be nothing wrong with the original mouse. I inadvertently did something that blocked the wireless USB dongle and interfered with the connection to the mouse. So it was my mistake. Don't hesitate to buy.
Review: Holy Carp! BEST. MOUSE. EVER. - This mouse works exceptionally well. Set up was fast and could not have been easier. Within seconds of opening the box, I was happily clicking away. And what a joy it is to click on things with this mouse! The first thing I noticed was that the action was very light (i.e., it requires very little pressure to click). Consequently, the second thing I noticed was how quietly the mouse operates. You cannot hear the click sound, and the rolling wheel is almost inaudible. The third thing I noticed was how comfortably it rests in my hand, and with very little strain on my shoulder and elbow. I had no idea how bad my old, conventional mouse made me feel until I tried this one. I spend nearly as much time at work holding the mouse as I do at night sleeping on a mattress--you wouldn't sleep on a crappy mattress, so why waste the best days of your life on a sub-par mouse? The customer service / warranty for this product is as elite as the product itself. I had occasion to contact Lekvey support twice. The first time was to compliment Lekvey on how pleasantly surprised I was with the ease of setup and usability. I promptly received a response from Susan thanking me for being one of their customers and wishing me a Happy Halloween! There were no less than two smiling emojis, including this delightful cat one: ^ - ^ My second encounter with Susan concerned an issue that was entirely attributable to user error--I forgot that the battery was rechargeable. After a week and a half of heavy use out of the box, the battery (which had never been charged previously) was drained. When the mouse would not turn on, my good mood was equally drained. I immediately asked Susan for help. Within an hour, I received a comprehensive list of possible trouble-shooting fixes to attempt (starting with charging it--duh!), as well as instructions for how to make use of Lekvey's generous two-year warranty. Luckily, I did not need the warranty. I realize that this review makes it seem like I work for or am married to somebody who owns this company. I wish! In fact, I rarely leave desertcart product reviews, much less positive product reviews, because I am usually too busy. But I assure you, I am just a normal person who does not usually think about the quality of his mouse. I just happen to have encountered a mundane product whose competence in engineering made me very happy. I cannot recommend this mouse highly enough, Go ahead and click on the buy button, and I guarantee it will be one of the last painful clicks of your life.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: The manual says it can be rechared 300 times. Does that mean its useless after 300 times charging?**
A: Rechargeable batteries all have a lifespan. Over time they will deteriorate and hold less of a charge. Anything with a rechargeable battery that is not replaceable will be defunct after some period of time. 300 charges is the mtbf (mean time between failure) rate, meaning will last about that many charges. However, given several months per charge, this is still several years. You could use one that is battery operated, and thus buy batteries every few months instead.

**Q: I lost the usb dongle receiver, is there anyway I can get a spare one?**
A: Here is our support email address: 【 support.7lucky@foxmail.com 】

What we sold on Amazon not only products, but also service. Please contact us through this email address with your order number, we will send you a new one for free. :)

Remember that every 7Lucky product comes with 2 year warranty. Our team is ready and waiting to help. :)

**Q: Where is the wireless USB receiver?**
A: The USB receiver is at the bottom of the mouse.

**Q: Does anyone have trouble with the buttons double clicking when pressed only once? If so, how can that be fixed?**
A: Restore mouse setting:

-Re-insert the usb receiver into another usb port of the computer
-Turn on the power switch again
-Press and hold the right button and middle button（scrolling wheel）on the mouse, and keep holding the buttons for three more seconds then release the buttons.

If it still can not work well, please contact customer support, Susan will send you a new replacement asap.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good mouse, great value, excellent customer service
*by S***N on October 26, 2019*

Second update: I've been using this for almost 5 months and I really like it. So far there are no issues. Power management is excellent. I use it between 7 and 13 hours every workday and I usually only have to charge it every two weeks or so. The resolution is perfect for my work, but if you plan to perform photo editing or something else that requires precise movements, I'd still recommend a track ball. Like I said before, the only thing I would improve is the weight. If the manufacturer would add maybe 50g of metal to the bottom, it would give it a more solid feel. Overall, very pleased with this mouse. Update: I was contacted my customer service, who again was very friendly and desired to help. She suggested I reset the device by putting the USB dongle into a new port and then holding down the right mouse button and the middle one (the wheel) for a few seconds. It worked! I have been using it for a week now and I really like it. The operation is smooth, the feel is good, and I haven't noticed as much wrist pain. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because as I mentioned earlier, the bottom of it is uneven so it wobbles a bit which occasionally causes me to click on the wrong thing. Not a big deal for me because I'm working with data, but if I were doing graphic design this would be frustrating. As before, customer service was excellent. Previous post: Tried two, neither worked. The first one worked for less than a minute before the left mouse button stopped working. The battery was charged, the range was less than a foot, I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, there were no conflicting devices, and all the other buttons worked. I returned the device and the customer service was excellent. They listened to my explanation and seemed very interested in making sure I was satisfied. They offered to send me a new one free of charge. I took them up on the offer but the new one won't stay on for more than 1.5 seconds. I tried charging it multiple times, once overnight. The charge indicator turns green but after I turn the device on, the optical sensor flashes red a couple times and then never comes back on. Turning it off and on again produces the same result. Without being able to use the device itself, all I can add is that the feel is good, the ergonomics are sound, but the device is too light for my preference. It feels cheap and the second device I tried wasn't flat on the bottom so the thing wobbled. The only reason I have this 2 stars instead of 1 is the excellent customer service.
