The only problem and to me it is a big one is the lack of UK customer support. There is a design issue with the perspex front panel on the basket that can lead to the mounts breaking away. I have tried to order a replacement and there is never any stock and the UK customer support email address goes unanswered. It is a great air fryer but its long term use might be limited but the lack of support. It makes perfect steak after perfect steak. I much prefer the souvide mode. I make chuck roast in it, I've made briskett, salmon....all come out perfect. This is way, way better results than a normal air fryer. I recently had an issue with the temperature probe as the plastic piece kind of melted and wasn't working correctly anymore. I contacted Dreo to see how I could buy a new one and Lindsay in their customer service actually arranged for me to get one at no charge! I was totally surprised and I have to say I'm beyond impressed with this companies product and now their service too!
