I love the fact that it fits on and works from my Kitchenaid mixer. I don't need another counter-clogging machine! Easy to use, easy to clean, and the grinding adjustment works very well. I don't have the Kitchenaid brand mill attachment, but from user comments I decided not to get one since it can't do nuts and seeds well.
