First was the quality of the included components and packaging. It was unbelievably well packed, with padding on the outside, double cardboard case, and copious amounts of foam inside. Nothing was going to break in the shipment. That’s first class service that few desertcart sellers provide. Then once I opened up everything I found a comprehensive detailed assembly manual in English, not the single sheet sign language version I’ve seen in the past. This manual contained detailed close-ups of assemblies, and specific instructions on installing every component. Then there was the hardware packaging, the best I’ve ever seen (see pic). All the holes and frame parts aligned perfectly, with great precision. This is in contrast to other racks of assembled were you actually have to use screws to pry things in the position. It helps to have a rubber mallet to tap things into place before screwing down. The cable managment was well thought out with brushed access ports at the top and bottom. It was quickly assembled and mounting was straight forward.
