First I apply oil few times a day, later I applied hardener , say twice a day and before bed time oil again. For me my nails are growing first time and showing recovery. Split nails are no no from past 1 week since I started using oil + hardener making it so tuff that they are no more thin or brittle anymore. If anyone want 1 product go for hardener as immediate solution. If budget is not a constraint go for cutex intense recovery oil as well which is long term fix.
