Once mounted, the axe stays firmly in place with no rattling or movement, even when driving around or hitting bumps. They’re easy to install, very well made, and grip tightly without damaging the handle. You can tell right away they’re built tough and meant for real use, not just looks. If you’re mounting tools like an axe, shovel, or other gear to a MOLLE panel, these clamps are a perfect solution. Simple, strong, and reliable. One important feature, these also include the hard plastic gasket to allow you to tighten the screw and firmly hold the clamp in place, not have the screw head get pulled through the clamp as I experienced on some other brands.

WE use these to store our electrical accessories (dog bones) and surge protector in our RV. The forth is used to hold the axe. These are very durable and since they're adjustable they can be used to hold various sized items securely vs the old clipping broom holders most of us RVers used in the past. I highly recommend these. Make sure you get the correct size for your application. If buying again I would get the next smaller size.
