Noticed the message on pack whilst in the process of dyeing my eyelashes!** A: EU regulations have deemed it unsuitable for use on the eyelashes, So the name has been changed to Eylure Dybrow and for use on the eyebrows only but the ingredients remain the same.I have used eylure dylash for 30 years with no problems I have on occasion even used it on my eyebrows tho the original one wasn't meant for eyebrows. I haven't tried the one in the new packaging yet but as the ingredients remain the same I see no reason not to carry on using it like I did the original one. **Q: Can I use this product on my eye lashes** A: yes, The original Dylash was created to darken and add colour to both lashes and brows, giving the impression of thickness and depth to lashes and helping to define brows.But the name changed to Dylash to Dybrow due to a new EU Cosmetics Regulation EC 1223/2009, manufacturers are no longer allowed to place oxidative tints for eyelash use on the retail market since 11th of July 2013. In order to comply with this new Regulation, they had to change the name Dylash to Dybrow.
