This Outdoor Unit Protector is a nice and well investment for protecting my split Ac's outdoor. It's universal size is good of all tons of AC's outdoor and also fits my 2.2 tons outdoor unit perfectly and shields it well from sunlight. Recently purchased this product for my 1.5 ton split AC and installed this protective cover on top of the compressor. The "Universal Size" fit my 1.5-ton unit perfectly. I was worried about it being flimsy, but the insulation is thick enough to actually block the sun’s glare. It’s a small investment to protect the life of the compressor. Very happy with the quality so far.
