**Q: Is this a beginner's set or an intermidiate set.**
A: That's a nice student set.

**Q: Does this include the hardware too?**
A: Mine did...I got snare stand, hihat stand, floor tom legs, all needed tom mounting hardware, bass pedal and 2 cymbal stands. However, this add says "shell pack". I would contact the seller directly to make sure you get all hardware.
