I thought it would be OK. I was seduced by the price (it's in my genes). I thought, it must work if it is on sale - but that was optimistic naivety. After a while the laptop couldn't run updates, and wouldn't shut up about it. I tried to stop the updates, and I tried a few things which I read in magazines. But nothing I did worked. So I got Linux. The Linux is much smaller than windows 10 (what isn't? I hear you ask). The Linux is much more stable than windows 10 (see previous bracket). In use, a couple of little things are different but all the big things are the same. It starts fast, works well, and has given me back lots of space on my (little) hard drive. It has literally added years to the lifetime of my laptop. Highly recommended. Make a complete copy of your hard drive before you start.
