Shorter camera would get more places *by A***A on September 2, 2025* Two primary features attracted me to this endoscope, the side camera and the magnet attachment. The magnet attachment will only hang onto light weight things. If something more than a few ounces is dropped and you're wanting to use the magnet to move it somewhere more accessible I think you'll be disappointed with the amount of weight it holds. The camera app works fine but doesn't include an option to select the camera used. Took a while to find the only place switching the camera is mentioned in the manual (see pic). Easy to overlook. Especially since the button used is also the one to take pictures with. And though it isn't clear in the picture the "Take photos" text label for the button on the cable is much darker and bolder than the text underneath it. Video seems okay. Have only used it for a few minutes at this point so not ready to make any claims about it. The camera end of the cable is 43mm long and made from metal. Seems very durable. But at 43mm it is too long to get around some of the bends in my 1 1/2" pipes. I was expecting it to go a few places it can't.
