From the manufacturer Chick Starter Micro’s are an easy to eat micro pellet for chicks. The micro pellets are less dusty than traditional crumbs, and are a more consistant particle size. Micro pellets get the bird used to eating a pellet right from the start, making switching to a growers pellet at a later stage much easier. The birds waste less feed as the young chicks find them eaiser to see and eat, therefore improving their eat intake. They have an inclusion of Eimericox a natural herbal alternative to a coccidiostat giving your birds the best possible protection at the start of their life. We use Coodock Gold to feed our poultry, so when we had chicks we automatically used their chick pellets. We've raised quite a lot with these and had great results. The chicks grew quickly, were healthy and strong. There were no digestive issues at all, and because the pellets are so small, even the day old chicks ate them easily. Compared to friends chicks who hatched around the same time as ours, ours grew quicker and were feathered much earlier than theirs, and they weren't using this food. Definitely recommend
