I’ve tried emailing their customer service department and the never reply to emails. I wanted to order a few replacement washers for my BooneDox “N-Rudders”. Their company won’t give you any customer service and you won’t be able to find individual parts anywhere. If you don’t need customer service and don’t need any replacement parts you should be ok buying a BooneDox Rudder.
