At 20 oz, they hold a good-sized cold drink. They're solid and stable; they don't squish when you hold them. The lids are good, too. They snap on nicely. The sipping part folds back and stays put. You can use with or without a straw. My only (small) issue is the cups are sometimes difficult to separate.
