Its basically sugar syrup. **Q: Can i replace it for orange-flavored liqueur in baking?** A: Well it certainly smells and tastes like oranges. I personally have not used it whilst baking. However if your aim is the orange flavour and sugar then I say go ahead. If however you require the spirit portion, it will not work. Although I'm now wondering, won't the alcohol evaporate when baking?
