I have quite weak thumbs and still find it easy to use, it's only when there is very little batter left that it then becomes difficult. As you can see in the picture theres a little batter left in it, but this was only a few teaspoons worth.The nozzles stay on without any trouble and don't come off while being used.The baking sheet has the perfect size circles for macarons (see picture) and there's no need to grease the sheet as the macarons come off easy.All very easy to clean.Given 4* due to sometimes leaking at top and the little batter left in the dispenser.
