## Description

The Favourite E Series 80 litre water heater has been specially designed to last a long time. In addition, it is one of the most energy-efficient among electric water heaters. Energy class B! This vertical water heater has a volume of 80 liters, a digital operation display and a power of 2000 watts. The water heater is made of a special type of insulating foam (without CFC), with a very high density and a thickness of 40 mm. The water in the tank practically does not cool, which allows you to save on energy costs. The water heater has a diameter of only 462 mm! In addition, it is equipped with two anodes for protection against corrosion due to water, an anode tester and a tank enamelled with a special layer of zirconium for a longer life. The water heaters are manufactured in the EU, comply with all relevant safety regulations and are CE certified. This electric water heater with digital control is a luxurious variant. Thanks to the digital control, a number of additional functions are possible, such as: Precise temperature adjustment. Delayed start up to 48 hours. Eco function. Review: Excellent value and service - I ordered this boiler in the middle of the pandemic and just before a bank holiday. I ordered it on the Thursday evening and it arrived on the Tuesday, which was phenomenal given the situation and the fact it came all the way from Germany! This boiler has been fantastic plenty of hot water for us, I started off using the eco setting but have now switched to normal and so far I’ve found this the best. It’s on a timer and only comes on from 4 -9 in the evening but there’s more than enough to see us through the day and night. I always have a bath and my partner can easily have a shower directly afterwards with no worries of running out of hot water. It’s easy to install and the functions are easy to set. Highly recommended!

Easy to install, EU approvals. I can't recommend this highly enough. The only issue is the need to source dialectic connectors for use with copper piping. It's a pity they're not part of the package.

**Q: This is a pressurised cylinder and should only be fitted by a G3 qualified engineer (UK)-where is the temp relief valve? as is reqd by g3**
A: The pressure relief valve is under it on the right .

The white leaver release pressure as well at it having a drip valve

**Q: what should the cold water pressure be entering the heater**
A: Minimum 1 Bar, maximum 5 Bar.

**Q: No wall fixings**
A: It really depends on the type of wall you want to fix it on. The options are infinite. 
Personally I found it best to make a very simple T shaped frame with 25mm x 25mm x 2.5mm box section, taking it from the floor up to the height you want to suspend your boiler, simply choose the correct type of fixings for your type of wall and fix the frame to the wall then fix your boiler to the frame, it will take all the weight directly onto the floor. The frame fixings simply hold it vertically with no downward weight to worry about.  Oh and put a little foot on the bottom of the frame if you want to spread the load. Nice and simple and it works.  That's how I have done both of mine. Hope this helps 😁

**Q: pressure relief valve fits on the cold inlet?  Is that correct?**
A: Yes that's correct. No shut-off or service valve etc etc can be fitted between the pressure relief valve and the cold inlet on the cylinder

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional boiler for the price.

Ordered Saturday, delivered Tuesday UPS. I was expecting it so more than happy with tahtto take a lot longer considering it came from the Netherlands but was able to track progress using the number provided so more than happy with that. I had contacted the seller beforehand regarding the suitability of the boiler to my needs and this was confirmed. The boiler itself was up and running within a few hours as I had previously removed the old immersion tank and prepared as much as I could to help the installer and was running a bath a few hours later. The digital display to operate the boiler is really easy to use and allows a couple of different on off settings and temperature control. You can also display the amount of killowatts that have been used over the last seven days individually and it gives the full amount used that week, also able to display the overall amount since the boiler was first switched on (this can be reset so you can see how much you are using and set controls to suit your requirements) which I have done to calculate the running costs which worked out at about 30 quid for the month which is reasonable considering the boiler was switched on constant for the first week whilst it settled and then I switched it to smart mode and the computer part monitors your usage and adjusts the boiler to best suit your needs to save money (which I could see that it had by looking at the killowatts used as aforementioned). The insulation around the boiler so efficiant that there is no difference of temperature in th cupboard that it is located in whether the boiler is on or off and you can see how slowly the water loses temperature between on and of times. All in all I would recommend this boiler, the seller and the manufacturer to anyone considering purchasing a new boiler and am even considering buyin a different model from Eldom that allows solar heated water to be fed through too.
