I actually needed to cut it off of the bobbin, because it had jammed up too tightly. :-( **Q: How many spools of this should I use when making leotards? I've heard just the lower looper, just the upper loopers, and all of them. Any advice?** A: does your pattern call for the use of wooly nylon? Usually that is only used when the seems can be seen, like trimming a table cloth. You can use regular serger thread in upper, lower and needle otherwise (look inside purchased tights or leotards to see what the manufacturers use). If you stitch a sample with wooly in just the upper, then just the lower, you can see how it looks decoratively and decide which you want to use. There is not a ton of thread on the spool, so if you were to used it in both loopers, I would buy extra. **Q: can I order more than one at a time** A: Thank you for contacting Threadart. I recommend ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very useful for lacy tight repairs *by P***A on 4 November 2022* I bought this because I had fancy lace tights that ripped. You need a needle threader to get this into the hole as the woolly nylon relaxes into fuzzy fibers when lax. It works pretty great, I had to carefully copy the design of my tights as I sewed to mock the pattern back as best as I could. As you can see the results are great. Please note the black is a dark charcoal, it looks fairly black but compares to my tights it's a shade lighter. Not very noticeable, but good to know. Very happy with this purchase since I have a lot of these fancy black tights that I don't want to throw out if they get damaged.
