I tested the product in my hand before I would put It on the kittens and once I turned my back to my phone BOTH of them disconnected. I then thought perhaps it’s because I am inside the house (which shouldn’t matter) so I went outside and guess what?.. you guessed it, it disconnected and kept alarming and wouldn’t reconnect.
