HEAVY! *by on Reviewed in the United States 29 June 2026* This was purchased to replace my old hammered steel wok that was over 40 years old. My new home had an electric stove which made my old one useless. I required a fully rounded bowl to the wok, no flat bottom. This cast iron wok is HEAVY. I would not recommend it to anyone that has trouble with the weight. I am careful when putting it down as I am afraid of cracking the "glass" of my electric stove. It takes awhile to heat up, but once it is hot, it stays hot like cast iron does. Having said all that, I love it because there would be no other useful wok with a flat bottom but rounded bowl. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Muy recomendable *by on Reviewed in Mexico 19 April 2026* Exelente producto. Me gusta mucho este material para cocinar. Y la marca es garantΓa ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love this Wok! *by on Reviewed in the United States 21 December 2025* I am very pleased with this wok in every way possible. It's American made, which is a big plus for me. It's solid and well made. It is heavy, so be careful when placing in on a glass-top stove. Being heavy, once you set it in place, it stays there while you are stirring. For two people, the size is perfect. It cooks/works very well, and the heat distribution is spot on. I would gladly purchase this wok again. God bless America, and stay safe out there! ## Frequently Bought Together - Lodge Chef Collection 12.5 Inch Wok - Lodge Silicone Hot Handle Holder - Dishwasher Safe Hot Handle Holder Designed for Lodge Cast Iron Skillets 9 Inches+ w/ Keyhole Handle - Reusable Heat Protection Up to 500Β° - Black - Lodge 8" Cast Iron Skillet - Chef Collection - Perfect Sear - Ergonomic Handles - Superior Heat Retention - Cast Iron Cookware & Skillet --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.at/products/652913173-lodge-chef-collection-12-5-inch-pre-seasoned-cast-iron](https://www.desertcart.at/products/652913173-lodge-chef-collection-12-5-inch-pre-seasoned-cast-iron) --- *Product available on Desertcart Austria* *Store origin: AT* *Last updated: 2026-10-11*
