I spoke with product support to learn these units have a history of issues with the turn tables, the turn table on this unit will not turn. I also learned the “new” unit I purchased was manufactured in 2019. The unit I ordered arrived with extensive damage to the packaging. I have been attempting to resolve this for nearly a month now. I will submit seperate reviews against General King and Amazon for their disregard against disabled senior citizens. BTW, General King sells this unit for $100 more than other sellers.
