You will need an ISY or Insteon Hub (Gen 2) to work with Alexa and Google. And I would highly recommend going with other product. Insteon is not reliable with it's smart home products. They only work half the time. To use the momentary pulse, or timed relay functions, however, things can get quite complicated. You might end up feeling like you need to be an Insteon developer and serial communications expert. The external configuration software should work stand-alone, and not require the SmartEnit hub. The programming needed can be done using the physical button on the device, but the interface is cumbersome.
