Moorebot Scout E is a tracked version of Scout Robot. It is waterproof and ideal for crawl space inspection. It is palm size. Some plugins are available for more functions, such as anti-flip, cat game, etc.

Review: Very disappointing. - Hopefully this would have done exactly as it suggests to a good standard, couldn’t be more disappointed. (Should have read more reviews before purchase) Looses signal, unable to dock, camera footage breaks up constantly & the video quality is poor. For my 3yr old grandson to drive around the living room it’s great but that’s about it.
Review: Cumpre sua função! - Excelente produto de vigilância, apesar de ter um preço elevado para nós brasileiros, cumpre bem a sua função. O sistema de controle por wi-fi com voz e audio em tempo real juntamente com o detector de pessoas e animais funcionam bem. O único ponto que ressalvo é a patrulha, se estiver em um ambiente com muito obstáculo o robô se perde e desiste de prosseguir o trajeto, se estiver muito longe da base de carregamento dificilmente o encontra. Acredito pela experiência que tenho no ramo, poderiam usar o sistema de detecção de pessoas em objetos também, porém programa-lo para quando identificar um objeto obstruindo o caminho durante a patrulha tentar contorna-lo para prosseguir o trajeto, basicamente utilizar os sensores da câmera como obstacle avoidance, o robo poderia ser mais persistente no trajeto, tentar recalcular para fazer a rota mais curta ou mais longa dependendo da quantidade de obstaculo, ter um machine learning de a cada patrulha ele otimizar o caminho, acredito que via firmware conseguiriam fazer isso, também introduzir um sistema de waypoint para melhorar ainda mais a patrulha, coisa que hj em dia muito drone barato e sem gps faz. Melhorando esse ponto acredito que esse será um dos melhores gadgets de vigilancia no futuro. Em resumo geral estou bastante satisfeito.

**Q: Can I see the video remotely?**
A: The Moorebot Scout App allows you to monitor your home from anywhere in the world up to 1080P image quality on both Android and IOS devices. Two-way voice is also supported. Scout must be set up on your Home Wi-fi network to enable this feature.

**Q: Important note if WiFi can't connect!!!**
A: Reset Scout! PWD: r0123456. IOS users need to grant permission to Scout App. Some models require airplane mode to connect directly. But to config. home WiFi, the phone needs data service at the end of pairing (via home WiFi or exit airplane mode. )

**Q: How to set up patrol?**
A: Scout doesn't scan and build map due to privacy reasons. It follows pre-programmed path by user using Scout's App. Open space has higher chance to complete patrol. If too many obstacles, the bot could give up and try to return to the charger.

**Q: How do I charge? How long will Scout work before needing to recharge?**
A: Scout requires a USB 2.0 Type A adapter with 5V / >2A output. Scout is not compatible with USB Type C fast chargers. The battery can last over 2 hours, 1 hour using night vision, and will take up to 3 hours to charge from a completely depleted state.

**Q: Difference between Scout Model E and the original Scout**
A: Model E is a tracked robot that can navigate different terrains. It is weather-proof and can be used for outdoor ventures, such as camping, animal watching, etc. Add-on accessary like bumper is highly recommended for front panel protection.

### ⭐ Version 2 is not more bot….

Not much better than the first version. Tracks a bit more stable and less prone to getting stuck but route mapping is unreliable and the bot has trouble finding the charger most of the time. No new firmware updates so it is beginning to look like an abandoned product.
