Review: Great phone - Really impressed of quality of phone , came boxed with charging cable ,great value for money,easy to set up , signal quality good . Speed of phone is good for a budget phone . Phone was in excellent condition,no scratches on screen. Overall satisfied with purchase .
Review: Avoid as it only charges 1% for days. - The phone is faulty and doesn’t charge at all. The charger it came with was faulty and doesn’t even charge the phone. I bought a new charger which I also use for my other phone but this TCL phone still doesn’t charge at all while my other phone (iPhone )with the same usb port charges so well. It can’t be returned as it’s over 30days and I’m not sure what to do as my daughter has barely used it (less than 2months). It keeps showing as 1% charging (for the past 3days ) so useless.

The phone is faulty and doesn’t charge at all. The charger it came with was faulty and doesn’t even charge the phone.
