My 20 year old Nokia is 100 times better than this.

A: there are 2 slots the top slot is for memory card the buttom slot is fro the sim this phone take s the big size sim card and if looked at carefully on the slot it says sim this is were the sim goes in slides under the metal plate with the cut corner ending up at the top left hand side

bought from fonestation11 no manual. Could not use most facilities on it eg save messages.First one button did not work properly then went dead after very light use.6 months and Fonesataion refused a replacement or refund as was over a month since I bought it ! Can't find Sonica HQ on line to complain. Seems to have no guarantee waste of time and money all round.
