A: Because they have set a wrong "YEAR". According to most of our feedback, many customers forget it's now 2024 Year and they have set it to 2023. After that, the day of week will automatically calculate by mistake.

Fantastic clock! I like that I can just subtly adjust the colors and settings. I have it on my wall for my office desk. Also thought I had broken or lost the remote and when I couldn't find a new one their customer service was fantastic helping me out. It keeps time perfect, it is easy to read and the right amount of brightness, not too bright in the evening but sufficient to still read the time when the sun is coming in the windows. 10 of 10 recommend!
