Review: Easy to install for a 80+ year old installer. - How easy it is to install. I am over 80 years old and installed it in a short period of time with no problems following the directions. I had a set of pull down stairs added to my garage attic and wanted to good light up there to cut down mold and mildew and help me find things easier. I also stapled aluminum around the installed area to reflect light. IT WORKS GREAT ON THE WEST SIDE OF MY GARAGE ROOF. Quality is GREAT and MADE IN AMERICA.

**Q: where do I find the larger model 10" and 14" you said you carry for shed roofs?**
A: We will have them listed on our Amazon store within 2 weeks. We are very sorry for the delay.

**Q: Will you have a larger version any time soon? There must be a lot of us with rafters on 16" centers.**
A: We also have a 10 inch and a 14 inch we will be listing on Amazon soon!

**Q: This appears unidirectional.  I have a gambrel roof and would like to mount near ridge.  Is there a min pitch requirement to install?**
A: No, there is no minimum pitch. It is able to be waterproofed even on a flat roof. We are always here to take your questions and offer specifications. We also have extensions available for dropped ceiling applications.

**Q: can I install on a wall?**
A: Yes, you can. We have extensions for the solar tube on our Amazon store you may need one for going thru a wall. Keep in mind the flashing is designed as a pitched roofing application. But done properly will work on a wall application.

How easy it is to install. I am over 80 years old and installed it in a short period of time with no problems following the directions. Installed on my shed roof which has no electricity for light. Lightblaster illuminates the shed quite nicely when the sun shines directly on it. Otherwise the only advantage is that my sheds not totally pitch black when the door closes from the wind. Well made and easily installed.
