**Q: Will this charger fit Alexa 3rd generation speaker?**
A: I ordered wrong one by mistake, as I only had 1st Generation. So this is the one for 3rd Generation.

**Q: Is this compatible with the echo 8?**
A: I think it's a general adaptor. I used it for my ECHO SHOW 2nd gen.

**Q: Does this work with echo dot 5th generation?**
A: Don’t know mine is 3rd gen Eco dot

**Q: Has this got a 3.5mm connection?**
A: No, it's not a standard 3.5mm jack-type plug. This is a female power plug, there are now many variations of both external dia and internal dia of these plugs. Sorry can't be more specific without either a digital vernier gauge or micrometer - maybe someone else could check accurate dimensions for you.
