The size is just wide enough to cover the whole forehead. I've slept on top of them a few times and there's no sign of any leakage. Stays cold for a couple hours even when pressed between my sweaty head and the pillow. I like that it's a pack of two so that you can rotate them out. That feels like good value for the money. I don't have any complaints about this product.
