**Q: It doesn't mention google home in the user manual instructions,does this wifi smart power strip work with google home voice?**
A: Here are instructions how to connect wifi power strip surge protector to google home/assistant:
1.On the home page of google home app,click the button in the lower right corner,select "More Setting"
2.Select  "Home Control" under the "ASSISTANT" list
3.Click the "+" in the lower corner;
4.Find "Smart Life" in the list and Open it
5.On the new page,select the country where your eFamilyCloud app account is located,enter the account and the password for your eFamilyCloud app,and click link now. 
6.Once the binding complete,your device will appear.

**Q: Can I control each outlet of this wifi power strip separately with Alexa ?**
A: Each outlet of alexa power strip can be controlled by Alexa,you should rename each outlet in advance,below are some tips for Alexa connection:
Step 1:  Log in Alexa App, choose Skills, and search "eFamilyCloud".
Step 2: Select eFamilyCloud in the search results, and then click the Enable skill.
Step 3: If account has been bound, click on Disable Skill and click on Enable to bind a new account.
Step 4: Input your account registered for eFamilyCloud App

**Q: My router is 2.4ghz and 5ghz dual band router,how to pair this smart outlet power strip to wifi internet?**
A: You would turn off your 5GHz radio first AND set your 2.4GHz radio to 20MZh.  Mine was set to 40MZh and the switch failed to register.  Once I reconfigured it setup without any hitch and after I was able to reset the radio to 40MHz and turn the 5GHz radio back on and everything continue to work as expected.

**Q: I have Smart Life app in my phone,if I can use it control this smart wifi power strip too?**
A: You can use our eFamilyCloud or Smart Life app, download and register,connect the smart power strip surge protector to the app,can turn on/off,set timer schedule/countdown,etc..

The LINGANZH Smart Power Strip Can be very useful for multiple appliances or decorative holiday lights, provided that the electrical cord is long enough to connect with the power strip.Installation isn’t a problem for tech saavy individuals, but for less tech saavy people, if there is a problem, it may be difficult to figure out trouble shooting in how to connect to WiFi or activate Alexa skills.The only hiccup I’ve encountered with this WiFi power Strip is with scheduling. If I decide to manually turn on a device earlier than the start time, the device may not shut off on its scheduled time. The device stays on. You have to manually turn it off. After futzing with it, I discovered you’ll need to turn off the entire power strip via master button and turn it back on to reset it. It works perfectly after doing this.Alexa skills for this device works very well. You just have to remember what you name each device you attach to the power strip.I would recommend this WiFi power Strip for converting your home to a smart home.

This is the second of these I have bought. The construction is solid enough without being too heavy or bulky. It pairs easily with the app and links nicely with the Amazon Alexa system. Each button can be individually named and controlled either by the app(s) or by voice (when linked). With either of the ones I currently have I've never had one spot of problem having them respond or keep connection.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does work with Alexa but beware who you are letting into your network

So I rate this four stars as it does work with alexa, works really well, however a few things:1 getting the program to work wasn't simple or easy. it only operates on a 2.4 network so you have to tell your interface device to log onto that network then let it on BEFORE you can do anything else.2 It took a couple of tries before the system actually worked3 and lastly, after I let this chinese device onto my home network, I got a phone call from china, no I did not answer it, my caller ID said.So while its great and works well, I feel unsafe about it on my system, but will keep using it, I just made sure nothing else is on that 2.4 network.
