I’m currently 72. Senokot has been a miracle. I feel almost like a normal human being. You will have to adjust the dose. I take one tablet every other day most of the time. I weigh 120lbs. I go when I get up, then a couple of more times and am set for the day. There is some cramping and gas, but finding your dose is key. The output is normal, not loose or diarrhea. I also take a split dose of Miralax ( full disclosure). I am writing this review because so many reviewers have helped me. Another product I recommend is Renew Life Cleanse More. Works very well, but output can be weird, and the ingredients can affect your kidneys.
