I am in a lot of pain and these patches help my during the day and at the end of the day. I like the fact that I can take them off and on. I put them on different parts of my body. My legs are sore sometimes and I put the patches on them; they stick well and smell nice. I don’t drink but I can feel my body and mind relax the more I wear them. I especially like Ashwagandha and Gaba combination for a holistic approach to stress. They help stabilize my mode and I read that the more you use Ashwagandha, to better it works overtime for your body. Sometimes I will wear 2 anxiety patches if I feel overwhelmed, and boy, does that help me relax. I can tell the days I don’t wear the patches, so I try and wear them every day and they stay on in the shower or bath, which is helpful. Sometimes they will leave a little mark on my skin but it comes off pretty easily with soap and water. I like wearing the Zen Patch because I take so many pills daily that my stomach is a mess.
