Beats my old filofax hands down - I've always used a filofax style diary but many years ago I invested in a filofax and it was only recently I decided to upgrade as it was starting to fall apart. I wanted something that would last but also hold all my papers as most organisers don't have the space or the rings are too small. After going on the filofax website I worked out that this Ruby Woo organiser was the same size as my old filofax and had the same size rings. My old filofax was called a a Domino A5. I saw this organiser and likes the style so decided to go for it and oh boy I'm so glad I did. The file comes with SO much! It has dividers, paper, address paper, Note pad at the back and a mini note pad, stickers and it's all really good quality. The paper is nice and thick and the card for the dividers is nice and thick and sturdy too. The zip opens and closes well (inside pocket) and the rings feel study and good quality. I liked how it fit in all of my notes, papers and my diary (I always go for a dodo pad diary) as well as extra blank paper for notes and the note pad. Even full it still buttons closed and I am so happy I gave it a chance. It says it's leather material and it feels super soft/ nice but inside the folder it has a thin cotton like material and that's really the only *down* side that I feel there is. It's thin so it looks like you can sort of see through it. It's just not very thick material. But it doesn't take anything away from it, I still feel it's well worth the £32 it cost and I'd highly recommend it. I think I would make a lovely gift for someone who likes stationary or is looking for a nice organiser. It came in a material like cover inside a hard plastic box. The diary element isnt dated so you can use it any year, it just has weekly planners that you write the date into. As I already have my diary I'll probably used the planners for health related stuff as I'm always having to draw up a weekly/ monthly schedule to note stuff in. I love how there's loads of extra paper, I've takes a few photos, hopefully they will help give you an idea of the organiser. For me this gets a 5 stars ⭐ Its got note pads, pockets, a zip closure pocket and more. As a lover of stationery it's my dream dairy haha! If the organiser fails in any way (breaks / wears quickly) I'll update it on here. My old filofax has lasted for years, I'm hoping this will too. Review: Get it....you won't regret it! - When I placed the order for this Planner it said that it would arrive in almost 2 months so I decided to cancel. But once I was in touch with the seller he reassured me that it would take no longer then ten days to arrive, so I decided not to cancel. It came in 8 days! The box it came in was lovely and could easily have come from somewhere like Paperchase....it looked expensive. Once out of the box the cover and embroidery on it is beautiful. Inside it came with all the inserts you would expect in a filofax....the pages are lovely and thick and nice quality. In fact it is better then the filofax paper I bot to put in it. I decided to to buy dated diary pages as the ones that come with the Planner have no dates on (you have to write them in yourself). I got a post it note with cute peaches on the pages on the front flap (it can be removed but I love it) and I have a lined notebook in the back flap with watermelons on the pages. I didn't get a pen with mine but that doesn't bother me as I have my favourite pens to go in there. There is an elasticated loop for a pen. The Planner comes with card dividers with some nice art work on them. And there are two sheets of stickers to personalise it. The zip isn't the smoothest thing around but it opens and closes and can fit cards and paper notes in easily and there is slots for cards and larger paper items. The ring binder is firm but easy to open and close. I absolutely love this Planner and I took it to work yesterday and got some nice comments on it. The lining inside is hot pink and really brightens my day. I have ordered some plastic zip lock sleeves to act as dividers and I'm going to put some photographs in them. I would definitely buy this Planner again and it's cheap in price for what you get. Iv bought some really expensive Organisers in the past and they aren't half as nice as this one. I wobbled as to whether I wanted it after I bought it following the reviews..... but I chatted to the seller who responded quickly to my emails and it arrived far quicker than expected. I'm so glad I stuck with the order.. it's as big as youd expect from an a5 filofax and I've put a filofax diary in it. It comes with tonnes of paper in the back for notes even the pen is decent quality. I didnt have a plastic wallet at the back of mine but theres plenty of pockets and storage in it.
