It felt good with the pressure as I have very achey swollen feet and legs. After a few days I felt my legs feel slimmer and the ache in my legs is a little more bearable now. The fluid retention improved. This appears to be great for people who struggle to exercise or have jobs where they are sitting for hours on end. I would definitely recommend this even though it is more expensive than others on Amazon.
